How long will my order take to arrive?
To give you the best prices and product selection, some orders are shipped directly from our international partner warehouses. Most parcels arrive within 14 to 25 business days, but please allow up to 36 business days during busy periods or for remote locations.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been processed, a tracking number is usually available. If you would like to track your parcel, simply send us a message with your order number and we will share the latest tracking details with you.

What if I want to return an item?
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be able to return it as long as it is unused, in its original packaging, and within the time frame stated in our Returns Policy. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds page for full details and instructions before sending anything back.

Will my order arrive all in one parcel?
Not always. Because we work with more than one supplier, items in the same order may be shipped separately. This means you might receive your products in different parcels and on different days, even if they were ordered together.
